Q: Can I still bring in a group for an appointment?
A: Absolutely! It is ideal for large groups to make an appointment so we can set aside time for you and prepare for your arrival. To schedule a fitting, please visit our Show Inquiries Page.Q: How many costumes do you have?
A: We have over 10,000 spectacular costumes in our vast collection.Q: How much do rentals cost?
A: Full costumes cost between $125 - $225 for a week-long period. The cost includes all accessories (except shoes), and it also includes dry cleaning.Q: How long is your rental period?

A: Although our collection consists of mostly rental items, we do have a section of costumes and accessories for sale! Visit our Weird, Well-Made, and Vintage page to learn more, and follow us on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok for announcements and sneak peeks.Q: Do you sell wigs and makeup?
A: We no longer sell wigs and makeup, but you can find contact information for places that do in our List of Resources.Q: Do you sell party/event supplies?
A: We only provide costumes and props, but please visit our Party Supplies page, where you will find contact information for companies that have what you need.Q: Do you buy costumes or accept donations?
A: We ALWAYS take donations, and they mean the world to us! Occasionally, we will buy pieces as well, but only if we are in need of them for our collection. Please reach out to our Store Owner for an appraisal of items you wish to sell.
Q: Do you rent to the public, or only theatre?
A: We absolutely rent to the public! Our costumes are for everyone. Please visit our Personal Rental page to learn more.
Q: Do I need an appointment?
A: Walk-ins are welcome! We are open Tuesday-Saturday 11:00 am-6:00 pm and closed on Sundays and Mondays.
Q: How far in advance do I need to book the costume?
A: -Payment reserves your rental dates, so if you love to be prepared, you can rent as far in advance as you like!
If you've been invited to an event at the last minute (or you just like to live on the edge), you can also pick up the same day! May we recommend walking out wearing your costume?
Q: How long is the rental?
A: Rentals start at 1 week. If you need more time, we price on a weekly basis with the 1st week at full price, the 2nd week at half price, and the 3rd and all subsequent weeks at one quarter of the original price. We will add the cost of each week you have the costume(s) to determine your rental total.
Q: Do I need to clean the costumes before I bring them back?
A: Customers do not need to clean the costumes before return
Q: Do you take cash? Cards? Apple and/or Google Pay?
A: Rentals must be paid for on a credit card, but for purchases, we do accept cash, cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay!
